1）Human beta-III Spectrin Antibody(Clone #1287A, Cat# MAB9394)

Spectrin(血影蛋白)家族是真核细胞骨架蛋白，排列于质膜的胞内侧。该蛋白家族在红细胞中起到关键性的力学支撑和维持膜结构稳定性的作用，此外还帮助离子通道和细胞粘附分子固着于质膜的特定亚区。

Spectrin beta-III主要表达在神经组织，在小脑中有最高的表达水平，表达于Purkinje细胞的胞体和树突。该抗体可应用于WB，IHC，ICC，IF.


2）Human IL-17 Quantikine® HS ELISA Kit（Cat#HS170）

这是人的IL-17指标的Quantikine®高敏ELISA试剂盒。可在血清和血浆样本中测定IL-17的浓度，和常规试剂盒相比，具有更低的检测下限，检测范围是0.2-15pg/ml,所需时间4小时。和所有的Quantikine® ELISA试剂盒一样，它经过重组蛋白标准品和天然蛋白的标准曲线的一致性验证，优化的稀释液配方经过渗入回收和线性稀释双重测试，具有可靠品质。


3）Human FANCD2 MAb（Clone 1290D，Cat#MAB9369）

FANCD2是维持染色体稳定所必需的，参与了同源重组和单链退火两种方式的DNA双链断裂修复，在减数分裂时可以促进同源染色体的配对。并可能和DNA损伤引起的细胞周期检查点应答相关，它的突变可导致Fanconl，贫血症和增加患癌风险。Human FANCD2 Mab（Cat# MAB9369）通过了最严格的抗体特异性认证，在本抗体适用于Western blot，IHC/ICC，Flow Cytometry，Simple Western。
