咨询10X Wash Buffer, Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is for use in immunfluorescence and flow cytometry assays. Cell Signaling Technology recommends using this wash buffer according to our protocols for IF and FLOW approved antibodies to ensure accurate and reproducible results.
1X Wash Buffer contains 137 mM NaCl, 2.6 mM KCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.76 mM KH2PO4, 0.005% sodium azide, pH 8.0. The product is free of calcium and magnesium salts.
Product Usage Information
Dilute to a 1X solution using ddH2O. Once diluted to 1X, store at 4°C and use within one month.
Store 10X buffer at room temperature. Undiluted 10X buffer contains 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative and is stable for 12 months. Peroxidase-based fluorescence assays may be negatively affected by sodium azide (1).
