200 mM HEPES Buffer, pH 8.0 can be used as a 10X buffer stock for use in our PTMScan® protocols. Dilute the stock solution to 20mM final concentration using high-quality purified water, such as reverse osmosis deionized (RODI) purified or equivalent water.
