TAS 102 is an orally bioavailable combination of the antimetabolite nucleoside analog trifluorothymidine (TFT; Item No. 21366) with the thymidine phosphorylase (TPase) inhibitor tipiracil (TPI; Item No. 23319).1 In vivo, TAS 102 inhibits tumor growth by 65.7 and 44.9% in HCT116 and KM12C colon cancer xenograft mouse models, respectively, when administered at a dose of 150 mg/kg per day for 14 days.2,3WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
