BaF3 cell line was immortalized murine bone marrow-derived pro-B-cell line. BaF3 cells are depends IL3 for growth and proliferation. When cultured in the presence of IL3, or other growth-promoting factors, BaF3 cells are highly resistant to X-irradiation and the cytotoxic drugs.

Storage and Stability：Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
