View LargerDetection of NucA nuclease by Western Blot. Western blot shows recombinant NucA nuclease protein. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100633) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for NucA nuclease at approximately 26 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.

A specific band was detected for NucA nuclease at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-NucA nuclease Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100633). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
