BMS-986141 (compound 49), administered at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg, demonstrates excellent anti-thrombotic efficacy in cynomolgus monkeys. Additionally, it shows a slight but significant prolongation of KBT (kidney bleeding time)[1][2].
