The CD34 MicroBead Kit has been developed for the positive selection of CD34 + hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in a single step. CD34 + cells can be isolated from:
- peripheral blood (PBMCs)
- bone marrow 1
- leukapheresis product 2
- cord blood 3
- differentiated ES and iPS cell lines 4,5 .
