The CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit, mouse was developed for the untouched isolation of CD4+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of mouse spleen and/or lymph nodes.
This kit uses the new fast mouse protocol and replaces the CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit II (# 130-095-248), allowing isolation of CD4+ T cells in just 18 minutes.
