背景

白细胞表面抗原CD47，也被称作整合素相关蛋白（Integrin-associated protein, IAP），是所有细胞表达的靶点中“marker of self”的典型代表。CD47是一个52 kDa糖蛋白，具有免疫球蛋白可变的N端结构域、5个跨膜结构域和一个短的C端胞内尾，胞内尾部有四种可变不同剪接异构体，从而形成4个亚型。CD47是靶向肿瘤免疫治疗中发挥主要作用的免疫细胞类群，癌细胞表达的CD47与NK细胞表达的SIRP家族蛋白SIRPα以及SIRPγ相互作用，通过这样的方式保护癌细胞避免被吞噬消除。CD47在多种实体瘤细胞及恶性血液瘤细胞上呈现高表达，而且其表达水平与疾病进展呈正相关。本产品系由HEK293细胞株重组表达的人源CD47，添加5%海藻糖、分装冻干制成。

制备和贮存

溶解方法

Reconstitute at less than 1 mg/mL according to the size in ultrapure water after rapid centrifugation .

保存方式

· 12 months from date of receipt, lyophilized powder stored at -20 to -80℃.

· 3 months, -20 to -80℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

· 1 week, 2 to 8℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

· Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
