Product Details
The FR70 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD70, a 30-33 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the TNF superfamily. CD70 is expressed by activated mouse T and B lymphocytes and dendritic cells. CD70 is a ligand for CD27 and their interaction promotes T and B cell cross-stimulation and co-stimulation of B cell proliferation and immunoglobulin production. Cells expressing CD70 have been shown to co-stimulate T cell proliferation and induce cytokine production. The FR70 antibody is reported to block CD70 binding to CD27.Specifications
