The CD8a+ T Cell Isolation Kit, mouse was developed for the untouched isolation of CD8a+ T cells from single-cell suspensions from mouse spleen or lymph node. Purity has been improved with the release of this kit due to the addition of TCRγ/δ antibody to the depletion cocktail.
This kit uses the new fast mouse protocol and replaces the CD8a+ T Cell Isolation Kit II (# 130-095-236).
