D Separation columns

D Columns are suitable for optimal depletion of large cell numbers. By using the different flow resistors supplied with the columns, the flow rate can be adjusted, allowing efficient depletion even of cells that express the separation marker dimly. D Columns fit into the SuperMACS™ II Separator.
