ErbA-related protein Ear-2, a NR2 Hepatocyte NF4-Like Receptor, has been shown to affect myeloid cell growth and differentiation, oxytocin expression in the uterus, aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 promoter function, human luteinizing hormone receptor transcription, and thyroid hormone receptor function. Ear-2 has been shown to form heterodimers with receptor COUP-TFII in mouse cells.
