BD Pharmingen™ FoxP3 Staining Kit - PE FoxP3, CD4, CD25

Flow cytometric analysis of FoxP3 expressed on peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD4 (Cat. No. 555346) and APC Mouse Anti-Human CD25 (Cat. No. 555432) simultaneously.  Cells were fixed and permeabilized (see recommended assay procedure) followed by intracellular staining with PE Mouse anti-Human FoxP3 (Cat. No. 560046). The two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing FoxP3 versus CD25 (Left Panel) or CD4 versus FoxP3 (Right Panel) expression patterns were derived from gated events with the light scattering characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD FACSCalibur™ System.
