The purified antibody was isolated from goat sera and prepared by affinity chromatography.
Designed for use with rabbit polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, this affinity purified goat anti-rabbit IgG is thoroughly validated with Cell Signaling Technology® primary antibodies and will work optimally with the Cell Signaling Technology® CUT&Tag protocol, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.
Product Usage Information
The CUT&Tag dilution was determined using CUT&Tag Assay Kit #77552. Recommended antibody dilution is 1:50.

Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 2 mg/mL bovine serum albumin (BSA), and 50% glycerol. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody. This product is stable for 24 months when stored at -20°C.

CUT&Tag was performed with HCT 116 cells and Tri-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys4) (C42D8) Rabbit mAb #9751 and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, using CUT&Tag Assay Kit #77552. DNA library was prepared using CUT&Tag Dual Index Primers and PCR Master Mix for Illumina Systems #47415. The figures show binding across chromosome 12 (upper), including GAPDH (lower), a known target gene of H3K4me3 (see our #9751 ChIP-qPCR figure).
