This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human IL-23 (IL12B & IL23A Heterodimer) (rh IL-23 (IL12B & IL23A Heterodimer); Catalog#CT048-H08H; NP_002178.2 & NP_057668.1; Met1-Ser328 & Arg20-Pro189). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
