IL-27RA (E3L6U) Rabbit mAb

Interleukin 27 receptor α (IL-27RA or IL-27Rα), also known as T cell cytokine receptor (TCCR) and WSX-1, forms a receptor complex with gp130 to bind and enable IL-27 signaling (1,2). IL-27Rα is expressed on T cells, B cells, natural killer (NK) cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells (DCs), as well as on subsets of epithelial and endothelial cells (3). Binding of IL-27 to its receptor complex induces the activation of receptor-associated Jak1 and Jak2, which in turn phosphorylates Stat1 and Stat3 (4,5). IL-27 signaling plays an important anti-inflammatory role in chronic immune-mediated disease and infectious disease, and enhances the expression of co-inhibitory molecules LAG-3, TIM-3, PD-1, and TIGIT (6-8).
