Flow cytometric analysis of fixed and permeabilized Jurkat cells (blue, negative) and MKN-45 cells (green, positive) using Jagged1 (D4Y1R) XP® Rabbit mAb. Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), F(ab')2 Fragment (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) #4412 was used as a secondary antibody.
