LGM-3^TM Lymphocyte Growth Medium is a chemically defined, serum-free, xeno-free media developed to support (with the addition of appropriate cytokines) the growth and support of human lymphocytes and dendritic cells. LGM-3^TM Lymphocyte Growth Medium does not contain any exogenous growth factors, artificial stimulators of cellular proliferation, or undefined supplements.

LGM-3^TM Lymphocyte Growth Medium is devoid of any protein kinase C stimulators and is suitable for the investigation of second messenger systems in the activation of human lymphocytes. LGM-3^TM Lymphocyte Growth Medium's formulation is complete and contains human albumin, recombinant human insulin, and pasteurized human transferrin. LGM-3^TM Lymphocyte Growth Medium may be further supplemented with additional cytokines and growth factors depending on applications.
