Peptide-loaded MHC MACSimers are offered in various peptide-MHC allele combinations and cover the most important T cell antigens associated with cancer, infection, and autoimmunity. Peptide-loaded MHC MACSimers provide maximum detection sensitivity and reliability for reproducible identification and analysis of antigen-specific T cells via their T cell receptor (TCR), e.g. during TCR-T cell therapy development or immune response monitoring.
