neolite is a homogeneous, high sensitivity, long-lived glowtype firefly luciferase reporter gene assay system quantification of firefly luciferase expression in mammalian cells. reagent formulation contains compounds that facilitate both cell lysis as well as luciferase enzymatic reaction. neolite has been designed to cover applications where a high light intensity is required toger with an extended half-life. neolite is designed systems that require increased sensitivity with benefit of an extended detection time. neolite generates a luminescent signal that is both bright and stable.
