Palmitoyl tripeptide-38 is a palmitoylated form of the tripeptide Lys-Met(O2)-Lys-OH.1 It increases the levels of collagen I, collagen II, fibronectin, and hyaluronic acid by 187, 97, 109, and 55%, respectively, produced by isolated human dermal fibroblasts when used at a concentration of 6 ppm.2
