Plekstrin homology and SEC7 domain-containing protein 4 (EFA6B) is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for ARF6-like protein. It is also involved in membrane recycling, which explains its expression in many tissues such as the placenta, pancreas, spleen, thymus and peripheral blood.
