试剂盒采用均相时间分辨荧光技术（TR-FRET），用于测定 IL10A 与 IL10RA 之间的相互作用。该方法可以实现简单快速的高通量鉴定抑制剂和抗体阻断剂。
如图所示，IL10A 与 IL10 RA 之间的相互作用是通过使用 Eu 标记的抗 Tag1 抗体（TR-FRET 供体）和 Accepter 标记的 IL10A 蛋白（TR-FRET受体）检测的。由于IL10A 与 IL10 RA结合介导供体抗体与受体抗体接近，供体抗体的激发会触发向受体抗体的荧光共振能量转移（FRET），使受体抗体特异性发射665nm波长的信号。该特定信号与 IL10A 与 IL10 RA 相互作用的程度成正比。该均相实验操作简单，无需洗涤步骤。
