方法：B103神经母细胞瘤细胞过表达LPA1接种受体（2.5·105细胞）进入transwell的上腔室和载体（0.1%无脂肪酸的牛血清白蛋白），LPA 1 μM，或UCM-05194分别加入下腔室。让细胞迁移5小时后，用0.1%结晶紫溶液对迁移细胞进行染色并计数。
结果：UCM-05194 诱导神经突回缩，UCM-05194诱导LPA的细胞迁移1在跨孔室测定中过表达 B103 细胞 。[1]
