    Inhibition of Phospho-Rb-S807 in HT-29 cells
    Data show that treatment of HT-29 cells with palbociclib inhibits phosphorylation of Rb at S807/S811.
    Z'-factor of Phospho-Rb (S807) in Jurkat cells
    The Z’-factor value of 0.74 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
