Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total Rb (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-Rb (S780) kit and the Phospho-Rb (S807/S811) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Inhibition of Phospho-Rb-S780 in HT-29 cells

Data show that treatment of HT-29 cells with palbociclib inhibits both total Rb and phospho-Rb (S780). However, levels of housekeeping total GAPDH (measured as a control) remain stable.
