Data show that treatment of A431 cells with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT2 at Y690.
Data show that treatment of A431 cells with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT2 at Y690 by IFNα2b.
The Z’-factor value of 0.86 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio value.
