Rabbit Anti-V5 Tag Magnetic Agarose is used to immunoprecipitate V5-tagged fusion proteins from Escherichia coli lysate supernatant. During elution with Acidic elution buffer, the enriched V5-tagged fusion proteins are released from the magnetic agarose.
SDS-PAGE analysis was performed.
