Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gln197 of mouse Granzyme F protein.

This Cell Signaling Technology® antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye under optimal conditions. This antibody conjugate is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Granzyme F (E2U7L) Rabbit mAb #51886.
