P2RX4, P2X purinoceptor 4, Purinergic Receptor P2X4, ATP receptor;Anti-P2X4 Receptor (extracellular) Antibody (#APR-024) is a highly specific antibody directed against an extracellular epitope of the rat protein. The antibody can be used in western blot, immunocytochemistry and live cell flow cytometry applications. The antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope and can be used to detect the protein in living cells. It has been designed to recognize P2X4 from human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, it should be stored at -20°C.;50 µl or 15 µl double distilled water (DDW).;The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from the light, for up to 1 week. For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20°C. Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g 5 min).
