简单描述
TC JL 37 is an inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2; Ki = 1.6 nM).1 It inhibits IL-12-induced phosphorylation of STAT4 in cells and IL-12- and IL-18-induced IFN-γ production in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs; EC50s = 224 and 168 nM, respectively). TC JL 37 (10-100 mg/kg) inhibits IL-12- and IL-18-induced increases in the serum levels of IFN-γ in mice.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
