Mouse Anti-rabbit IgG (Light-Chain Specific) (D4W3E) mAb recognizes the light chain of rabbit IgG, either in its native conformation or in its denatured and reduced form. It does not bind to the denatured and reduced rabbit IgG heavy chain (about 50 kDa) on western blot.

Mouse Anti-rabbit IgG (Light-Chain Specific) (D4W3E) mAb 仅会与兔 IgG 的轻链发生反应，并且不会结合变性和还原的兔 IgG 重链。进行免疫沉淀 (IP) 后再进行蛋白质印迹实验时，用于进行免疫沉淀的一抗变性兔 IgG 重链在随后的蛋白质印迹实验中大约为 50 kDa，并且通常会掩盖分子量相似的蛋白条带。Mouse Anti-rabbit IgG (Light-Chain Specific) (D4W3E) mAb 用作二抗可避免这个问题。

Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol and less than 0.02% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibody.
