Bid蛋白是颗粒酶B(granzyme B,GrB)发挥细胞杀伤作用的必需蛋白成分,而GrB是细胞毒淋巴细胞(CTL)发挥免疫毒性效应的重要因子,不仅在靶细胞内通过caspase依赖或非依赖途径发挥细胞毒性效应,抑制细胞增殖,介导靶细胞快速死亡;而且还具有其它生物学效应,即可直接或者间接活化某些Bcl-2家族成员如Bid,诱发线粒体外膜通透性增加和线粒体中凋亡因子如细胞色素C(Cytochrome C,Cyt c)的释放,致使细胞增殖能力下降而发生凋亡。
