Cayman’s SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody SimpleDetect ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for qualitative and/or semi-quantitative measurement of neutralizing antibodies in human plasma and serum. The assay has a range of 7.81-1,000 ng/ml, with a midpoint (50% B/B0) of 75-125 ng/ml, and a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 30 ng/ml.
