High performance sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Human and Mouse Phospho-STAT1 (Y701) in cell lysates. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Reactivity

Data show the superior S/B ratio obtained with the High Performance Phospho-STAT1 (Y701) Kit compared to the standard version of the kit.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology data are obtained after 1h of incubation.
Data show that treatment of HeLa with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT1 at Y701 by IFNα2b. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology data are obtained after 1h of incubation.
The Z’-factor value of 0.89 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show that the High Performance kit detects mouse Phospho-STAT1 (Y701).
