Data show the superior S/B ratio obtained with the High Performance Phospho-STAT3 (Y705) Assay compared to the standard version of the assay
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with IFNα2b stimulates phosphorylation of STAT3 at Y705. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology are obtained after 1 h of incubation.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with JAK inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT3 at Y705 by IFNα2b. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology are obtained after 1 h of incubation.
The Z’-factor value of 0.94 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show that the High Performance kit detects mouse Phospho-STAT3 (Y705).
