Reactivity

Data show the superior S/B ratio obtained with the High Performance Phospho-STAT6 (Y641) Kit compared to the standard version of the kit.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with IL-4 stimulates phosphorylation of STAT6 at Y641. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology can be obtained after 1h of incubation.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibits phosphorylation of STAT6 at Y641 by IL-4. Robust S/B ratio and pharmacology can be obtained after 1h of incubation.
The Z’-factor value of 0.86 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show that treatment of THP-1 with IL-4 stimulates phosphorylation of STAT6 at Y641.
The Z’-factor value of 0.91 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS
