Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human CCL2 (MCP-1; MCAF; JE) in cell culture supernatants. The kit does not include a recombinant human CCL2 standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalog number 279-MC-010). A detailed assay protocol and full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.

Assay performance on three different microplate readers.
Supernatants from PBMC cells treated for two days with LPS and IL-2 were serially diluted with culture medium and assayed for CCL-2. Recovery values between 94-114% of the 4-fold diluted sample demonstrate assay parallelism.
