Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human IFNγ (IFN-gamma; IFN; IFG; type II or immune interferon) in cell culture supernatants. The kit does not include a recombinant human IFNγ standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalogue number 285-IF-100).
