Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-17A (IL-17; CTLA-8) in cell culture supernatants. The kit does not include a recombinant human IL-17A standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalogue number 317-ILB).
