A head-to-head benchmark comparison of the THUNDER Human TNFα assay (red curve above) and a competitor TR-FRET Human TNFα assay (blue curve on the right) was conducted. Standard curves were run using the corresponding reagents and protocols.

While both assays require the same incubation time (2 hours). the THUNDER assay exhibits a wider dynamic range and a much higher S/B ratio compared to the Competitor assay.
