Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of mouse IL-1β (IL-1F2) in cell culture supernatants. The kit does not include a recombinant mouse IL-1β standard, which must be purchased separately from BioLegend® (catalogue number 575102). A detailed assay protocol and full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
