Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-AKT 1/2/3 (T308) and Total AKT 1/2/3 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total AKT pan proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Treatment of NIH3T3 cells with PDGF-AA stimulates phosphorylation of AKT pan at T308 but does not affect the levels of total AKT pan.
Treatment of NIH3T3 cells with Wortmannin inhibits phosphorylation of AKT pan at T308 by PDGF-AA, but does not affect the levels of total AKT pan.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
