Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-Met (Y1234/Y1235) and Total Met in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total Met proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Data show that treatment of A431 cells with HGF stimulates phosphorylation of c-Met at Y1234/Y1235, but does not affect the levels of total c-Met
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with PHA-665752 inhibits phosphorylation of c-Met at Y1234/Y1235 by HGF, but does not affect the levels of total c-Met.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
