Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with CGP 57380 inhibits phosphorylation of eIF4E at S209 by EGF.
Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with CGP 57380 or PP242 inhibits phosphorylation of eIF4E at S209 by EGF.
The Z’-factor value of 0.68 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
