Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-JNK1/2/3 (T183/Y185) in cell lysates. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.
组成成分
磷酸化氨基末端激酶抗体(铕离子标记）0.4%，磷酸化氨基末端激酶抗体(远红光受体标记)1.6%，裂解缓冲液（聚乙二醇单辛基苯基水溶液）81.6%，检测缓冲液（磷酸盐缓冲液）4.1%，细胞裂解液（三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷）8.2%，磷酸酶抑制剂混合物 （N-(2，2，2-三氯-1-(3-(喹啉-8-基)硫脲基)乙基)肉桂酰胺，水）4.1%

Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with Anisomycin stimulates phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at T183/Y185.
Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with BX 795 inhibits phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at T183/Y185 by Anisomycin.
The Z’-factor value of 0.82 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
