Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-MEK1 (S218/S222) and Total MEK1 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total MEK1 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Data show that treatment of HeLa cells with PMA stimulates phosphorylation of MEK1 at S218/S222, but does not affect the levels of total MEK1.
