Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-p53 (S15) and Total p53 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total p53 proteins in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.
